Crazy-Eyed Rooster

This crazy-eyed rooster is quite the handful, even though he refuses to get up! He sits at a perfect 15cm, but swears he's taller.

Beware, he flaps his wings when he's annoyed (luckily, his wings are too short to do any real damage!).
